Outdoors, New Yorkers have to endure temperatures in the 90s and 100s, but indoors, they have probably never been cooler, in the comfort of air-conditioning.

What is the optimum temperature for Human comfort at which Room AC should be operated? It depends on ‘ Social-Conditioning’ and ‘mind conditioning’. Also recalling the history without AC which was invented only 111 years back could also be consideration. Fact remains that we cool ourselves by warming the world!
