After Supreme Pope’s sermon it is time for Supreme Court’s order to cut emission

Orders are now coming from Judges to the Government to cut GHG emissions . A court in the Netherlands orders the government to cut greenhouse gas emissions by at least 25% by 2020, in a class action suit launched by activists.

Looks like this is the way to go on climate change. Kyoto lacked the teeth to punish those who do not meet the committed reduction. Hope Court in the Netherlands imposes punishment if the target is not achieved.
