Daily averaged CO2 atmospheric concentration crossed 400 ppm on May 9, 2013 as measured in Mauna Loa Observatory in Hawaii . Monthly concentrations of carbon dioxide (CO2) in the atmosphere topped 400 parts per million (ppm) in April 2014. Now observed annual rise in concentrations of CO2 averaged over 2013 is the fastest since 1984, the World Meteorological Organisation says.

The globally averaged amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere reached 396 parts per million (ppm) in 2013, an increase of almost 3ppm over the previous year. Surely total GHGs would be more than this figure.
