Decarbonization targets by EU amidst Deflationary pressure

28 countries in EU have the decarbonization targets : 40 percent cut in greenhouse gas emissions by by 2030, compared with 1990 levels. More important agreement was on the use of renewable energy to 27% in the total energy mix and increase energy efficiency to at least 27%.
