EU to ban pesticides in bee scare

The European Commission will restrict the use of pesticides linked to bee deaths by researchers, despite a split among EU states on the issue.
The pesticides which will be banned are from the family of Nicotines-that are contained in cigarettes. They are poisons for bees. More than that these chemicals called ‘Neonicotinoids’ are water solubles. They get mixed in soil and get sucked by the plants to reach them to leaves, flowers and fruits. It is like forcing the plants to smoke cigarettes! I would like to call it as ‘neosmoking’. It is nothing but cruel. It is said that these pesticides do not affect the mammels like humans. That is short-sighted indeed. The bees pollinate 30 per cent of food plants. If the food production get affected, humans would be affected too. For generations.
