From Doklam Dispute to Wuhan Warmth is a dramatic shift. The literal meaning of Doklam is ‘rocky road’. ( written just before Modi-Xi informal summit in Wuhan )  26th April 2018: Whatever the conflicting realities on the ground, history has shown that both India and China have shared a dream of peaceful coexistence. That desire became stronger after the freedom of both the countries from foreign powers.
