Is this possible when Indian media and hence Indian masses are preocupied by providing priorities to creating awareness on scandels, over-dose on cricket, excessive news on Bolywood, and now one year will be lost in election-theatre? A low-emission, resource-efficient greening of the economy should be possible only if we get inspiring leadership or bottom-up realisation.
